“ea-php72” is not an EA4 SCL PHP

Update both .bash_profile and .bashrc files under your home/ directory as following:

export PATH=/opt/alt/php72/usr/bin:$PATH
alias ea-php72="/usr/local/bin/lsphp"

Use a real path to your PHP binary file if its not yours /usr/local/bin/lsphp

Run to apply updates:

source .bashrc

cPanel, How to fix “cat: /dev/fd/63: No such file or directory” error

This appears when you run simple cd command via cPanel –>  Terminal, for example:

cd public_html
cat: /dev/fd/63: No such file or directory

The fix is pretty simple, just suppress output of cd command

Update .bashrc with the following alias:

alias cd='cd &>/dev/null'

source .bashrc

touch .bash_profile

The .bash_profile should contains the following:

   source ~/.bashrc

Append into the file .bashrc the following:

LS_OPTIONS='--color=tty -F -a -b -T 0';
export LS_OPTIONS;
alias ls='/bin/ls $LS_OPTIONS';
alias dir='/bin/ls $LS_OPTIONS --format=vertical';
alias vdir='/bin/ls $LS_OPTIONS --format=long';
alias d=dir;
alias v=vdir;
eval `dircolors -b`

Run next to get this updated:

source .bashrc
