Here is piece of rule
$header_from: ends
So, as you can see, it handles entire header but not just email address as you probably expected.

If you don't need to have ability to send message its enough to set forwarder without creating a real mail box:
cPanel –> Forwarders
Otherwise just set filter as below to forward your messages without keeping a copy on your server
